This shocking story comes via BBC (thanks to Dave Mallya for the tip).

Primary School children in a tribal village of Zitapatti in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India usePrimary School Children to come drunk to school. Apparently in this village consumption of alcohol - mostly prepared from the fruit of the local mahua flower - is routine, even for children.

Then one day a new principal came to school and things began to change. For more on this check out BBC
