Classical Flute Virtuoso from India

Jayaprada Ramamurthy, a young and talented classical flautist from India is visiting and performing at Orchard Ridge Smith Theater located at Farmington Hills, MI on Friday, September 29th from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm.

This event will have a thematic presentation on Indian 'Raagas' (melodies) and 'Taalas' (rhythm) and a 2-hour concert with on the bamboo flute with traditional Indian percussion instruments.

This concert will also feature Indian musical compositions on the Western Key Flute.

Jayaprada is the Director of 'Uttaraa Center for Performing Arts' in Hyderabad, India.
