Profiling Indian Restaurants in Michigan

I plan to start a new feature - "Know your Michigan Indian Restaurant - 'restaurant name'".

There are quite a few Indian Restaurants in South East Michigan, more so in the Detroit Metro area, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Flint. I am trying to contact as many restaurants as possible. The date they opened for business

What's their speciality

Buffet served if any and the price

How spicy the food is

Any special deals/coupons if any

Any special menus during festival season
