News,Traffic,Movie Theaters in your Zip Code

Here's an interesting mashup of Google Maps + Google News RSS Feeds + Yahoo Geocoding + Yahoo Traffic + Yahoo Local. Take a look at http://www.mibazaar.com/localnews . Just enter in your US Zip Code and the map then centers on to that Zip Code with the News from that Zip Code. There's a Traffic Button and a Movie Theaters Button on the Map, which when clicked will show you latest traffic conditions in the area, show Movie Theaters in the area.

I am planning on adding Indian,Italian,Mexican,Chinese restaurant buttons on the map, this will be based on a certain rating.
