GeoEye has released a one meter resolution satellite image of
Eyjafjallajokull Volcano, located in southern Iceland, taken from 423 miles up in space by
IKONOS Satellite. This image was taken on March 31st, 2010. The volcano erupted on March 20th, 2010 after almost 200 years (
